The Arts & Culture Alliance of the Gaithersburg Parks, Arts and Recreation Corporation (G-PARC), in conjunction with the City's Stormwater Management and Cultural Events & Services Divisions, hosted a paint out day at Bohrer Park for the 5 winners of the Storm Drain Art contest.
